Use this pattern
Begin with the recurring problem and the authorised inputs. Follow the workflow in order, keep intermediate outputs inspectable and retain the named human decisions.
- Minimum viable implementation: give an approved assistant the curriculum outcomes, session boundary and learner context; request two or three sequences; then have the teacher select, correct and complete one as a timed run sheet.
- Robust implementation: add curriculum-grounded sources, structured planning fields, material provenance, timing and accessibility checks, explicit contingencies, version history and proportionate post-session revision notes.
- Low-code implementation: connect an approved curriculum store, GenAI interface and lesson-plan template so generated sequences and material drafts remain visibly provisional until the teacher approves them.
- Local or privacy-preserving implementation: keep unpublished materials and any necessary learner context in controlled storage, avoid unnecessary student-level data and prefer local processing where policy or risk warrants it.
- Speculative implementation: allow an assistant to propose revisions across connected sessions in response to teacher-entered observations, while preserving the taught version and requiring the teacher to approve every change.
