Use this pattern
Begin with the recurring problem and the authorised inputs. Follow the workflow in order, keep intermediate outputs inspectable and retain the named human decisions.
- Minimum viable implementation: provide an approved assistant with one lesson, its outcomes and source content; request several question formats with answers and rationales; then have the teacher verify and store a small reviewed set.
- Robust implementation: add a structured item schema, curriculum and source links, format variants, expected reasoning, facilitation notes, versioning, exposure status, duplicate control and scheduled teacher review.
- Low-code implementation: connect an approved content store, GenAI interface and searchable item table to classroom polling, quiz or presentation tools while keeping approval status visible.
- Local or privacy-preserving implementation: keep unpublished teaching content in controlled storage, separate any secure assessment material and avoid retaining identifiable student responses when aggregate item notes are sufficient.
- Speculative implementation: suggest lesson-specific question sets from the approved bank and flag items for review when curriculum or aggregate classroom behaviour changes, while requiring teacher selection and interpretation.
